One of the first Tamaki sauces was Unagi. The main advantage is its texture. It is very thick. It is quite sweet. When mixed with Barbecue is a sauce that I absolutely love. Because in the delivery business, I can use it in as many different dishes as possible. I have my own recipe for solyanka, which I've been perfecting for the past 17 years, and this sauce has a place in it!
