Effective communication at Tamaki: how we build dialogue within the team

In today's world, where speed and accuracy of information play an important role, internal communication is becoming one of the most important tasks for any company. It doesn't matter if it's about interaction between departments or dialogue between individual employees – the quality of communication directly affects the effectiveness of work, the atmosphere in the team and the achievement of common goals.
At Tamaki, we understand the importance of open and respectful business communication. We strive to develop an environment in which every employee can be heard, and work information is transmitted in a timely, understandable and productive manner. That is why the company has developed and implemented the "Rules of Business Communication". They cover key aspects of interaction, from the rules of communication and correspondence to the organization and conduct of internal meetings and meetings.
This year, the training specialists have taken another important step – they have developed and launched a training on the development of communication skills for the company's employees. It was a continuation of the work to strengthen a unified approach to business communication within the team. The program consists of two interrelated parts.
Part 1. Rules of effective business communication
In the first part of the training, participants delve into the intricacies of building a business dialogue. They consider the general principles of effective communication and analyze in detail the internal rules of written communication.
Special attention is paid to:
• correct writing of email topics so that the essence of the message is clear at a glance;
• formulation of effective responses to letters: how to give clear, concise and meaningful answers;
• analysis of typical mistakes to avoid misunderstandings and save working time;
• developing sustainable written communication skills so that employees can confidently and competently conduct business correspondence.
Part 2. Rules of business meetings
Meetings help to make decisions, coordinate actions and coordinate the work of different departments. At the same time, it is especially important that each meeting is prepared, has a clear purpose and ends with specific agreements.
In the second part of the training, the participants analyze:
• setting a meeting goal: how to determine why a meeting is being held and what result needs to be achieved;
• Organizational skills: from preparing an agenda to holding a meeting and summarizing the results;
• actions after the meeting: how to record agreements and support the implementation of decisions;
• work with the Tamaki Yandex Calendar to make meeting planning and working time management convenient and understandable.
The training is aimed at employees of different departments, because business communication is important for each team member. You can study full-time or in the format of a distance learning course.
We consider the development of communication skills as an important contribution to the future of the company. Clear dialogue, respectful communication and uniform rules of interaction help us work together, negotiate faster and move towards common goals together.
