Strategic Planning
Annual strategic planning forms the foundation of our development. Company leadership sets key goals for the year and aligns all departments toward achieving them.
Each department head (RPS) develops their own “Development Vector” — a detailed action plan aligned with the company’s overall objectives. After presentation and approval, these vectors are combined into a single roadmap, with progress monitored monthly. This approach ensures focus on priorities, coordinated efforts across teams, and clear progress toward shared goals.
Goal Tree
One of our core management tools is the Goal Tree system — a structured framework of key managerial and financial KPIs assigned to responsible employees. It clearly illustrates how tasks across departments are interconnected and helps break down strategic objectives into specific, actionable steps.
Regular (monthly) tracking of these metrics enables us to quickly identify deviations and adjust decisions in real time.
Production Analysis
In our production cycle, we apply production analysis — a lean manufacturing tool designed to rapidly detect issues using precise data on plan execution. Daily and weekly monitoring of key process health metrics allows us to swiftly identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
