The Talent Management project is a modern approach to improving the effective development of the potential of employees
One of the projects related to personnel development that was launched this year is the Talent Management project. It is aimed at improving the level of competence of employees and the formation of a personnel reserve. The launch of the project was initiated by the employees of the Group of Companies "Tamaki" themselves - at the request of improving managerial qualifications, studying modern management tools and further implementing these tools in their work.
The target audience of the project is middle managers and leading specialists of production structural divisions. A training team has been formed, which for 3 months will study the main topics related to the management cycle (planning, goal setting, control, issues of effective business communication, leadership, motivation, conflict resolution).
Training sessions are not simple boring lectures! This is an exciting live communication in the format of a training, where the study of new material takes place on the basis of the already existing managerial experience of the participants. Group discussions, brainstorming, performing training exercises – these and other methods are used in our training cycle. Due to such a variety of methods, participants are more intensively involved in the learning process. The end of the course will be a business game where participants will be able to demonstrate their acquired managerial skills in practice by solving various production (case) tasks.
