«Tamaki» na MEGUSTRO 2026: itogi yubileynogo gastronomicheskogo festivalya 72 "Tamaki" at MEGUSTRO 2026: Results of the milestone gastronomic festival
The tenth MEGUSTRO gastronomic festival took place in Saint Petersburg from October 6 to 8. This milestone event brought together over 7,500 professionals from the restaurant and hospitality industries. Over the course of three days, the Design District DAA hosted business discussions, chef presentations, culinary competitions, and an exhibition of industry suppliers—an event in which the Tamaki team participated.
At booth B8, guests explored the company’s product range and sampled sauces designed for professional kitchens. Tamaki’s latest additions—Tartar and Caesar sauces—drew particular interest. Both products received positive feedback, sparking discussions on flavor pairings and inspiring ideas for new dishes.
Throughout the festival, the Tamaki booth welcomed representatives from restaurants, coffee shops, culinary production facilities, and procurement departments based in Saint Petersburg, Moscow, and other regions across Russia. The team held meetings with existing partners and introduced the product line to new members of the restaurant industry.
A key practical outcome of the event was the interest shown by chefs in working further with the products; many received samples of the sauces to test and incorporate into dishes in their own kitchens.
The milestone MEGUSTRO festival concluded, leaving the Tamaki team with valuable new professional contacts, feedback on their product range, and promising opportunities to further develop partnerships within the restaurant industry.
