In March, Tamaki held a culinary masterclass for first- and second-year students at Synergy University. During the event, participants learned the intricacies of sushi making, learned how to work with ingredients, and gained hands-on experience with the Tamaki team.
Synergy University trains specialists for the hospitality industry. The knowledge and skills acquired during the masterclass can be used by students in their future professional careers.
The event was designed in a practical format: students not only observed the process but also participated in the preparation. A training room was set up for practicing skills.
The company's brand chef demonstrated cutting techniques, the specifics of working with nori, the principles of preparing sushi rice, and ways to use Tamaki sauces in dishes.
Following the tasting of the prepared dishes, an interactive session took place: a quiz on the ingredients, a Q&A session, and a prize drawing. Participants received Tamaki products for preparing their own meals.
Tamaki participates in educational and practical events aimed at introducing students to the specifics of working in the food service industry. This format allows for a combination of theoretical training and practical experience.
