A Hot Welcome in Kazakhstan: A Two-Day Gastronomic Marathon
The Tamaki team held a two-day gastronomic program for chefs, representatives of the restaurant industry, and bloggers in Almaty.
The first day took place at the Eleon restaurant complex, with the support of the Association of Chefs of Kazakhstan. A total of 38 people participated in the master class.
The program included an American burger with shredded beef, a Japanese burger with Tamaki extrusion breadcrumbs, tempura shrimp, and a summer salad with Yuzu sauce and salad dressing.
Many participants were already familiar with Tamaki's Unagi, Teriyaki, Kimchi, and Nutty sauces. During the meeting, they also tested other products from the brand. The "Grill" sauce, which was particularly interesting to the Kazakhstani colleagues, was well-received and paired well with horse meat dishes.
On the second day, chefs, bloggers, and representatives of the sports industry joined the program. The guests prepared rolls, compared shrimp in classic tempura and extrusion breading, and ended the meeting with a dessert made from mascarpone, cream, and card
