On April 1st, Chef City, an event for hospitality industry professionals, took place in St. Petersburg, bringing together approximately 300 chefs, restaurateurs, and business owners.
The Tamaki team actively participated in the event, presenting its products and engaging with those who shape the tastes of modern gastronomy every day. Guests came from a wide range of backgrounds: participants came not only from St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, but also from the Pskov Region and other regions of the Northwestern Federal District.
At the Tamaki stand, guests explored the product range, discovered new flavors, and shared impressions of the products they already use. Tamaki's sauces, Unagi, Teriyaki, Sweet Chili, and Nutty, were particularly noteworthy—products that are firmly established in professional kitchens thanks to their consistent flavor and ease of use.
In parallel with the business program and master classes, our team held a tasting, which became a major draw for the guests. The menu included shrimp with Sweet Chili sauce, tartlets with Sweet and Sour sauce, and rolls with Spicy sauce. The dishes quickly found their fans and clearly demonstrated how Tamaki products shine in ready-made solutions.
We thank the Chef City organizers for providing a professional platform for networking and sharing experiences, and the guests for their interest, feedback, and lively dialogue. Agreements were reached during the event regarding new joint projects, filming, and work meetings.
