Restaurant Inspiration in Nizhny Novgorod
On February 26, the "Restaurant Inspiration" event took place in the historic Armorial Hall of the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. It brought together over 200 restaurateurs, chefs, and food service professionals. The event brought together not only chefs from the capital of the Volga region, but also suppliers from Moscow and other regions, as well as chefs from Izhevsk. Participants met for professional networking and the exchange of experiences.
The Tamaki team held a sauce tasting and facilitated professional interaction with guests. The chefs introduced the products, asked clarifying questions about their ingredients, and discussed possible uses for them in the menu. Wasabi sauce, which was also featured in rolls, attracted special attention. Tamaki's brand chef prepared 230 servings, allowing most of those in attendance to sample the product in the finished dish. A joint demonstration by Tamaki's brand chef and a French fry manufacturer was also held at the venue. The dish was prepared in front of the guests and served with Garlic Ranch and Shawarma sauces.
The format demonstrated the potential of sauces in various menu items. The event concluded with master classes from chefs and the presentation of gifts to participants, including signature sets of Tamaki sauces. Holding such industry meetings promotes professional interaction between producers and restaurant market representatives and creates an additional platform for the exchange of practical experience.
